Answers to common questions about our updated exchange, return, and warranty policies, effective June 1, 2026.
Exchange & billing
How long do I have to return a core after an exchange purchase?
You have 15 days from the shipment date to return your core. If it is not returned within that window, you will be billed the full outright price.
What if I return the core after I've been billed?
Cores returned within 60 days of shipment may still qualify for a partial rebill credit on the following sliding scale:
Returns & restocking
Can I return a new part for restocking?
No. New parts are non-returnable for restocking.
How do I return a DOA or no-longer-needed item?
You have 3 days from receipt to report a dead-on-arrival (DOA) or no-longer-needed item. Contact your rep to initiate the return.
What do I need to complete a return?
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Items must be received back within 15 days of delivery. Returns submitted without an RMA or outside the 15-day window will be processed as exchanges instead.
DOA & warranty
How do I report a warranty failure?
Contact your rep within 72 hours of discovering the failure. Include a description of the issue when you reach out.
What happens after I open a warranty claim?
Return the item within 15 days of initiating the claim. Warranty claims may take up to 30 days to process and conclude.
Loaners & packaging
When does a loaner unit need to be returned?
Within 15 days of the agreed return date, or within 15 days of receiving your repaired item — whichever comes first.
Do I need to return the packaging?
Yes. All reusable packaging must be returned undamaged. If the packaging is not returned or arrives damaged, an additional charge will apply.
Credits
How do I use a credit on my account?
Issued credits can be applied toward future purchases. Talk to your rep about applying a credit to an upcoming order.
