Block Imaging International, Inc., of DeWitt, Michigan, the premier remarketer of pre-owned and refurbished Medical Imaging Systems worldwide, made several recent announcements regarding personnel, office expansion, as well as introducing the completely new line of Agfa Imagers and CR systems to its product offerings.

Shanna Seelye, CPA, joined the firm and has been named Corporate Tax Accountant responsible for Financial Statements, Internal Audit and Taxation.  Ms. Seelye will report to Clif Anders, Controller.

The exploding Medical Imaging market in Florida has prompted Block Imaging to open an office in West Palm Beach.  This new office is scheduled to open July 5^th, 2005, and will be managed by new employees, Jeremy Block, Southeast Regional Manager, and David McAndrews, Account Executive. This office will oversee all imaging equipment sales to the Florida market.   Both will report to Sean McHugh, VP Global Sales.

Block Imaging has also announced a formal partnership with Agfa to offer the complete line of new Agfa Drystar Direct Digital Imagers and Computed Radiography (CR) systems, principally to the US market. The new Drystar 5500 Imager, Drystar 5300 Imager, Drystar 4500M Imager, CR 25.0 and CR 75.0 are all available from Block Imaging with a 1-Year complete Agfa warranty and 3-Year warranty on the thermal print head all supported by Agfa.
