Block Imaging International, Inc., the world leader in sales of pre-owned and refurbished Medical Imaging systems worldwide, announced today a series of personnel changes.  Effective immediately, Steven Rentz has been named Vice President Sales - Global MRI, Nuclear, Linac and Lithotripsy Products. Mr. Rentz, formerly VP Sales and responsible for Open MRI and Nuclear sales will now be responsible for all MRI and Nuclear sales worldwide.  Daniel Pierce has been promoted to Senior Modality Manager - X-ray and Women's Health Products and will oversee worldwide sales for these modalities.  Peter McCarty, who had been with the company for many years, left effective December 17, 2004 to pursue a new business venture unrelated to the Medical industry.

Chad Seelye, a graduate of Bob Jones University and having spent the past 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, joins the company effective January 3, 2005 as VP Sales - Open MRI and Nuclear products and will report to Steven Rentz.   Becky Sharrock, a recent graduate of Michigan State University, is promoted from Information Specialist to Modality Manager - Women's Health products and will be responsible for the sales of Ultrasound, Mammography and Bone Densitometry products worldwide.  She will report to Daniel Pierce. 

Paul Crawford joins the company effective January 3, 2005 as Project Manager - Logistics.   Mr. Crawford is a recent graduate from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in New York, and will be responsible for the coordination of complete turnkey projects for all product lines worldwide.  Chaeli Ackerman has been promoted from Information Specialist to the newly created position of Sales Administrator.  Ms. Ackerman will be responsible for all sales administration from contracts, system validation, and client accounts.  Ackerman is a graduate of Cornerstone University, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
