Block Imaging Personnel and Organizational Changes
Block Imaging International Inc. is pleased to announce a number of personnel and organizational changes. 07/26/2006

Mr. Jeffrey Olmstead has joined the company effective July 24, 2006 as a Project Manager attached to the MRI and Nuclear team. Mr. Olmstead a graduate in engineering from Cornell University was most recently with Passero and Associates of Rochester, New York as a Project Engineer. Mr. Olmstead replaces Walter French who left the company effective May 1, 2006.

Mr. Joshua Block joins the company effective July 29, 2006 as Regional Manager for the newly created Midwest USA Division which is headquartered near Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Block will be responsible for both end-user and wholesale relationships in that region.

Mr. Marc Gavalanez joins the company effective July 29, 2006 as Director, Vietnam Office. Block recognizes the incredible growth and need for quality Refurbished Radiology equipment in the southeast Asia region and its new office in Hue is strategically located for a reach throughout this area.

Block recently completed the purchase of a new 7300 sq. ft. office facility in Lansing, Michigan USA that will become the new corporate headquarters for the company. The target date for relocating its 25 headquarter employees is October 1, 2006.

Block Imaging International has experienced and continues to experience significant growth and will continue to make strategic decisions in line with that growth. Block continues to seek high-end late-model imaging equipment from all parts of the world and also continues to seek quality partners in the areas of logistics, refurbishment, parts, finance and distribution.
